This is a free leadership and evaluative inquiry resource developed by Tiyuv to support inclusive decision-making, participation, and community engagement.

This resource introduces practical tools that help leaders identify whose voices are present, whose perspectives may be missing, and what questions need to be asked before moving forward. Through structured inquiry, reflection, and collaborative sensemaking, participants explore how expanding participation can strengthen leadership, trust, and decision-making.

Developed through Tiyuv’s culturally responsive evaluation approach, these materials are designed for use in Jewish organizational, nonprofit, educational, and community leadership settings.

This resource was developed with support from Jewish Liberation Fund and Rise Up and is shared freely with the community to strengthen evaluative thinking and leadership practice in Jewish organizational spaces.
